Using you CPN as the starting point, within 45 days, you will have $40,000-$50,000. In the background, I will be repairing your personal (SSN) credit, which could take up to 120 days. After you get your 1st funding from you CPN, you work on building you corporate credit, by first incorporating and setting it up right. That will cost you $1000. Then you will build your company’s credit with Dun & Bradstreet. That will be another $1,500, for getting vendor accounts, buying small things on credit and paying on time. To build your corporate credit to the necessary 80 PAYDEX, that will take 90 days.

By this time, your personal credit should be good (700+ FICO) and you can get funding through your SSN. This will be between $25,000-$30,000. After we do “INQUIRY REMOVAL,” we begin applying and getting approved for BUSINESS CREDIT using bot your CPN and your SSN as PERSONAL GUARANTORS. These will be higher limits than without using your business, so you can expect to get $60,000 to $100,000 using your CPN and between $50,000 and $70,000 with your SSN. In TOTAL, by day 180 (6 months) you will be working with between $175,000 and $250,000 in lines of credit!

After you have maxed out on personal and business lines of credit, and have transferred 35% ($60,000 to $80,000) of that into you business bank account, you will be ready to jump into the Real Estate game!
